Start/Finish: WOLFFORTH; FRENSHIP HIGH SCHOOL, From Lubbock, take US highway 62/82 to 82nd St., turn right across RR tracks, west to Highway 179 and turn left.

Aid Stations: Mile 2, 4, 6, & 8 Split Times: Mile 1

Course: Out and Back on Paved Rolling County Roads: Start line is in front of the Student Center at Frenship High School across FM HWY 179 from the football field. Course begins in the parking lot of the Student Center and turns West on County Road 7100 (82nd St.). The Four (4) Mile Course travels west two miles with a turn around at County Road 1200 and a return to Frenship High School. The Eight (8) Mile Course begins along the same course as the 4 mile runners but will travel North on County Road 1200 with a turn around prior to reaching County Road 6900 (50th St.) followed by the return to Frenship High School.

Awards:Overall/Age Group Winners - Special and unique commemorative medallions will be given to 50% of the contestants in each of the male and female categories (as listed above) . At a minimum the top three to a maximum of the top five finishers will receive medallions. Overall winners will be excluded from age group medals. Overall winners will have their medallions engraved with "Overall Male/Female Winner" on the back and receive their medals during the awards ceremony in the High School cafeteria at Frenship as soon as the top finishers in all of the male and female categories have been confirmed. Clydesdales/Athena Winners - Clydesdales/Athena winners will be excluded from their typical age group medals and will have their finishing time aggraded for category finish.
